In-stock orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days before shipment.

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order if your shipping label has not been made.

No refunds, no exceptions past the 24-hour cancellation window.

Orders ship when all items (pre-order and in-stock) are available. Email info@edwinreyesnyc.com to request separate shipping (additional cost applies).

ER is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not issue refunds for orders not received due to unpaid duties.

If you refuse a shipment from Edwin Reyes, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees incurred, and the return shipping cost.
CANCELLATIONS

All pre-orders and in stock orders are eligible for a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as they have not already shipped.

To cancel an order, please email info@edwinreyesnyc.com with your order number/ cancel order' in the subject line. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, no exceptions.

Exchange & store credit

If you are unsatisfied with your order, have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange please fill in the information above. If you have any questions regarding your exchange contact info@edwinreyesnyc.com with your order number in the subject line.

We offer store credit or limited exchanges for garments that are unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as they are assessed on a case by case basis and determined by the available stock at the time of your request. We do not process refunds for returned items.
No Exceptions.
All shipping for return/exchange is at the customer's cost. We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
